1. What is Cognitive Stick?

Cognitive Stick is a method that combines ergonomic sticks, physical and cognitive exercises, and professional guidance.
 The goal: to awaken the body's potential through the brain, to improve coordination, attention, balance and reactivity.

2. Who is the method intended for?

It is addressed to:

  • Suitable for anyone wishing to improve their cognitive and motor skills.

  • athletes (amateur or professional),

  • seniors and people in rehabilitation,

  • children through fun activities,

  • sports or health professionals wishing to enrich their practices.

3. What are the benefits of Cognitive Stick?

4. Can the product be used at home?

Yes, the programs are designed for simple, safe and effective practice, both at home and in the gym.

Yes, the site is multilingual (French, English, Spanish) and allows you to choose the currency and country of delivery.

The sticks

1. What are “Cognitive Sticks”?

These are ergonomic, lightweight, and colorful sticks designed to stimulate cognitive functions. They serve as the basis for all the exercises offered.

2. Where are the sticks manufactured?

The sticks are entirely designed and manufactured in France.

3. How many colors are available?

Five color combinations are offered, in order to adapt the visual stimuli to each training environment.

4. Are they suitable for children?

Yes, the sticks are lightweight, safe, and easy to handle. They can be used from a very young age for fun exercises.

5. Does the equipment require maintenance?

A simple cleaning with a damp cloth is sufficient. Avoid abrasive products to preserve the quality of the coating.

The programs

1. What types of programs are available?

Two main ranges exist:

  • Training Program : for athletes and active practitioners wanting to improve their performance, coordination, speed and reflexes.

  • Vitality Program : for seniors or people in rehabilitation wanting to improve their mobility, balance, memory and concentration.

2. Where do you start when you're a beginner?

The Basic Program – Part 1 is recommended . It is accessible to everyone, regardless of their level of practice.

3. What benefits do the programs provide?

Each program is designed to stimulate interactions between the body and the brain: motor skills, eye-hand coordination, attention, reactivity, and balance.

4. Is additional equipment needed?

No, the sticks are sufficient to follow most of the exercises. A clear space is simply recommended.

5. When can I start training?

Upon receipt of the equipment, videos and materials are available to guide the practice step by step.

6. Do I absolutely have to run the programs in order?

Not necessarily. Ideally, you should start with the Basic Program – Part 1 ; afterwards, it is recommended to complete the program that best suits your needs.

Training courses

1. Does Cognitive Stick offer professional training courses?

Yes. The training courses are intended for coaches, physiotherapists, physical trainers, educators and healthcare professionals.

2. Are the training courses certified?

Yes, the courses are Qualiopi accredited, a guarantee of quality and compliance with professional training standards in France.

3. What do we learn during the training courses?

The modules cover the Cognitive Stick method, its neuroscientific foundations, exercise protocols, and practical applications according to the target audience (athletes, seniors, children, rehabilitation…).

Four training modules are offered, depending on the objectives:
- Training Module 1 ( Precision and focus, spatial awareness and rhythm)
- Training Module 2 ( Reflexes, reaction time and decision-making, spine and peripheral vision)
- Vitality Training Module 1 ( Health assessment (part 1), balance, fine motor skills and introduction to coordination)
- Vitality Training Module 2 ( Health assessment (part 2), joint mobilization, coordination (complete program)

4. How do I register?

Simply visit the training page and follow the registration process. Several dates are available in different cities across France.

5. How long do the training courses last?

 The training modules last one day each. It is possible to spread them over several days and to choose modules "à la carte" for eligible training centers.

6. Is it possible to pay for my training with my CPF?

 Cognitive Stick training courses by Energian Coaching are not eligible for CPF funding. However, Qualiopi accreditation allows for reimbursement through your company's OPCO, DPC, or FIFPL funding bodies.

7. The training dates do not match my availability, what should I do?

If the dates proposed in the training calendar do not suit you, you can share your preferences with us by filling out the pre-registration form.

Product delivery

1. Where can I order the products?

All products (sticks, packs and programs) are available directly on the official website cognitivestick.com .

2. What payment methods are accepted?

Credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay are accepted on the site.

3. What are the delivery times?

Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Orders are shipped from France. Average delivery times within mainland France are 2 to 5 business days .

4. Do you deliver abroad?

Yes. Cognitive Stick delivers to several countries in Europe and internationally.

Returns

1. What is the return policy?

The website has a refund policy that can be viewed online. Products can be returned in their original condition within the legal time limits.

2. How do I request a refund?

Simply contact support via the contact page or the email address provided on the website to initiate the return procedure.

3. Am I responsible for the return shipping costs?

Unless there is a product error or defect, return shipping costs are generally borne by the customer.

4. Can I exchange a product?

Yes, it is possible to request an exchange under certain conditions (unused product, in its original packaging, withdrawal period).
