Vitality Training

Our Maintenance/Health training is for any healthcare professional wishing to integrate the Cognitive Stick Ⓡ tool into the physical activities they offer to the people they supervise in order to improve their cognitive performance.

The educational objectives are:

  • Be able to lead a session for one person;
  • Be able to create and lead a group session;
  • Know how to build sessions with appropriate progression.

The cost of a one-day training course is €500. All our training courses are accredited and allow for up to €200 in funding, depending on the OPCO.

Module 1 Vitality training

  • Health assessment (part 1), balance, fine motor skills and introduction to coordination - Master several Cognitive Stick programs;

Training duration : 1 day

Module 2 Vitality training

  • Health assessment (2nd part), joint mobilization, coordination (complete program) - Master several Cognitive stick programs;

Training duration : 1 day
