Refund policy

At Cognitive Stick, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have implemented a return and refund policy in accordance with applicable laws to assist you.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 calendar days to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify your decision or incur any penalties.

The withdrawal period begins:

For physical products (Sticks): from the day after the product is received by you or a designated third party, other than the carrier.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

Please note that, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Supplies of digital content not provided on a tangible medium (e.g. programmes sent by email) whose performance has begun after the consumer's prior express agreement and express waiver of their right of withdrawal.

Withdrawal procedure

Notification: Before the expiry of the withdrawal period, inform us of your decision to withdraw by sending us an unambiguous statement (e.g. by email or post).

Return of Physical Products (Sticks): After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the product to us within 14 days. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless we failed to inform you that these costs would be your responsibility, in which case we will bear them.

Refund: We will refund all payments received from you, including the initial delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method we offer), within 14 days of the day we receive the returned goods.

Outside the withdrawal period

Beyond the legal withdrawal period of 14 days, we offer a 30-day return period from the date of receipt of the product for any unused item in its original packaging. This return only entitles you to an exchange or a credit note on our website. No refunds will be made outside the withdrawal period, except in the case of a defective or non-compliant product.

Conditions for returning physical products

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Any product that has been damaged or used beyond simply checking its characteristics and proper functioning will not be refunded.
